Licensed documents clearing · Dubai

The licence takes minutes. What comes after is where companies trip.

Setting up in Dubai got easy — the government solved that part. What nobody solved is the gap between one authority and the next: nine deadlines running at once, a document refused on format, a name spelled two different ways on two papers. That gap is where we work.

The number that explains the service

68,600 companies

were fined AED 10,000 for missing the corporate tax registration deadline. The Federal Tax Authority went as far as waiving the penalty and projects passing 91,000 cases.

Against roughly 543,000 registrations, that is on the order of one company in six — fined over paperwork, not over business.

Does the name you want already pass the DET rules?

Write the distinctive name. If you pick a structure, we add the legal form spelled out, which is how the DET requires it — and we check the whole against the naming rules.

The real problem

Nine clocks running at once, none of them synchronised

Each deadline below belongs to a different authority, with a different portal and a different login. When one expires, it does not delay only itself — it restarts a piece of the process. We track all nine on the same panel.

  • Initial approval6 monthsExpired, you refile and pay again
  • Reserved trade name60 daysThe reservation drops, someone else can register it
  • Work permit (MOHRE)60 daysCancels itself if the fee is not paid
  • Entry permit (GDRFA)2 monthsExpired, the whole file starts over
  • Licence payment voucher30 daysYou lose the amount and your place in the queue
  • UBO declaration60 days · 15 daysInitial and amendment; fine and suspension
  • Corporate tax registration3 monthsAED 10,000 penalty
  • VAT registration30 daysAfter crossing the turnover threshold
  • Unemployment insurance (ILOE)4 monthsBlocks the issuance of a work permit

What our licence covers

We say what we do — and what we cannot do

A firm that blurs this line is moving the risk to you. In the UAE, operating outside your licensed activity is not a technicality.

We do

  • Prepare, check and file documents with the authorities
  • Visas, Emirates ID, licence renewal, establishment cards
  • Coordinate the consular legalisation chain and certified translation
  • Track deadlines and reproduce the official fee and penalty tables
  • Organise the document file the bank is going to examine

We do not

  • Legal advice or legal opinion — that requires its own licence
  • Representation before the tax authority — that requires being a registered Tax Agent
  • Promise bank account approval — the decision is the bank’s, nobody else’s
  • Take payment in cryptocurrency — the payment token regime does not allow it
  • Sell tickets, hotels or itineraries — that requires a tourism licence

Price

A government fee belongs to the government. Our fee is ours.

The most repeated complaint in this trade is the price that grows in the middle of the process. Here every official fee appears on its own line, at the exact amount, with the receipt in the client’s name and no margin buried inside. Our fee appears separately. You can compare.

Example — mainland licence renewal with one visa. Indicative amounts; the quote comes with the numbers for your own case.

ItemAmount (AED)
Commercial licence renewal — DETat cost
Lease contract registration (Ejari)at cost
Establishment card renewalat cost
Immigration and Emirates ID feesat cost
Preparation, checking and filingfixed fee
Follow-up to completionincluded

VAT at 5% applies to our fee. We never bury a margin inside an official fee — doing so is precisely what would turn a pass-through into a taxable service.

Foreign documents

There is no apostille shortcut for the UAE

The United Arab Emirates are not party to the Hague Apostille Convention. Anyone promising you an apostille timeline is promising a service that does not exist. The legal path is full consular legalisation, across two jurisdictions — and a mistake at any step restarts the whole chain.

  1. Notary in the country of originSignature certification or issuance of the original.
  2. National authority authenticationIn Brazil, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
  3. UAE consulate in the country of originConsular legalisation — this is the step an apostille would replace, and does not.
  4. MOFAIC in the UAEAttestation at the Emirati Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
  5. Certified translation into ArabicBy a translator accredited here, where required. It is not possible to legalise a document after entering the UAE.

Brazil · Europe · Latin America

Service in your own language, which almost nobody offers here

  • Entry without a prior visa

Brazilians and Europeans enter the UAE for short business trips without a prior visa. The value of our work is not the entry — it is converting that entry into a company and residence.

  • Brazil–UAE treaty in force

The double taxation agreement has been in force since 2021 and the investment facilitation agreement since 2023. Your structure rests on a ratified treaty — it is not an informal arrangement.

  • Compliance, not secrecy

The UAE applies automatic exchange of tax information. An account opened here by a Brazilian tax resident is reported. We work with a low burden and a clean trail — anyone selling opacity is selling risk.
