Gateway Programme

Come, settle it, and go home with the company incorporated

Four working days in Dubai with the paperwork ready before you board, and someone with you at the authorities, the free zone and the banks. You buy your own trip; we handle what is documents.

Before you board

The rule that decides the schedule

The first three steps of legalisation have to be completed in your own country. It is not possible to legalise a document after entering the UAE. That is why the programme starts two to three weeks before the trip, remotely — and that is the part that makes the trip work.

  1. Document auditWhat you already have, what is missing and what is going to be refused on format.
  2. Legalisation instructions for your countryNotary, national authentication and UAE consulate — in the right order, because a mistake at one step restarts the chain.
  3. The right entry permitIf the plan is to convert into residence without leaving the country, you need to enter on a formal permit, not on the visa-waiver stamp.Government cost between AED 270 and 480, depending on duration.
  4. Trade name and initial approvalFiled before you set foot here, so the four days are worth it.

The four days

What happens on each one

  1. 1

    Check

Final review of the file and the originals, face to face. Whatever is wrong is fixed on this day, not at the counter.

  2. 2

    Authorities

We go with you to the DET, to the chosen free zone and to the immigration service centre.

  3. 3

    Banks and address

We go with you to the account-opening meetings and settle the registered address.

  4. 4

    Filing and report

Incorporation filed, plus the compliance report: annual costs, tax calendar and visa schedule.

What is included and what is not

We invoice

  • Preparation and filing of everything, before and during
  • Someone with you in person across the four days
  • The compliance report at the end

You contract directly

  • Air tickets
  • Hotel
  • Transport and meals

We point out hotels close to the authorities and the cost of each journey, and we pass on the contact for licensed transport — but we do not book, do not issue and do not take a supplier commission. Selling travel requires a tourism licence, which is a different activity.

The one-day version

If you are going to be in Dubai anyway — Gulfood, GITEX, Big 5 — we sell only the authority and bank days. It costs less and makes use of a trip you were already taking.
