Why we show it this way
A closed package hides where the margin is
Here the government fee is passed through at the exact amount, with the receipt in your name, and our fee appears on its own line. You compare what matters: the service, not the wrapping.
- We take no supplier commission. Lawyer, accountant, hotel, agency — they all invoice you directly and pay us nothing. Our compensation is that line, and only that line.
- We send you to the source. The DET publishes its own cost estimation tool. The link is up there on purpose.
- We do not promise government timelines. They are not ours to promise, and that is why they are not in this calculation.
- We say where our licence ends. We are documents clearing. Legal advice and tax representation require their own licence — when your case needs one, we refer you and we tell you.
Where we do not compete
If the decision is price alone, cheaper exists
And we are not going to pretend otherwise. There are firms in Dubai with tens of thousands of registrations and hundreds of staff; on scale and on list price, they beat us.
What we offer is something else: service in your language, which almost nobody here does; an invoice you can audit line by line; and care for what comes after the licence — the calendar of deadlines, the document about to expire, the fine nobody warned you about. The UAE tax authority waived the AED 10,000 late corporate tax registration penalty for more than 68,600 companies. Not one got the business wrong: they got the paperwork wrong.
