Mission
Give time back to people building a business far from home
Opening and keeping a company in Dubai eats weeks that belonged to the business: counters, a document refused, a deadline nobody warned about, contradictory information between two authorities. We exist so that time comes back to you.
We do not sell speed — a public authority's timeline is not ours to promise. We sell the short path: what to do, in what order, with which document, and what stops you going back to the start.

Our story
It began with something the founder felt himself
Joubert Rocha Chaves, a Brazilian businessman and entrepreneur, came to Dubai for the first time the way so many do: looking at the city and imagining what it would be like to live and build a business there. He formed a dream, and a wish.
It was after that first visit that he understood the other part — the one that is not in the brochure. He saw what the market, the immigrant and the foreigner run into when they actually try to settle here or open their own company. Not the difficulty of dreaming. The difficulty of executing.
And then everything changed. He decided to move his residence, change country and, together with his family, build a business far from home — facing the challenges and the fights that starting over demands.
Out of what he lived came what this house offers to entrepreneurs and to people: the most valuable thing there is, which is time. The base of his story is the continuation of the clients' stories.
Between 2023 and 2024 the decision was made. In 2025 Aurum Horizon began its legal activity, growing fast — because the most valuable capital in this house was never anything else: people, time and connection.

Why we exist
The government automated the transaction. Nobody automated the gap.
Dubai solved the visible part: the licence comes out in minutes, the portal works, the bureaucracy of opening a company genuinely shrank. What did not shrink is the space between one authority and the next — between immigration and the identity authority, between the offer letter and the contract in Arabic, between the document and the fine it will generate ninety days from now.
That gap is where companies trip. The UAE tax authority went as far as waiving the AED 10,000 penalty for late corporate tax registration for more than 68,600 companies — roughly one in six. Not one of them got the business wrong. They got the paperwork wrong.
Principles
Four rules we do not negotiate
These are not wall values. They are decisions that change what goes on your invoice and what comes out of our mouth.
- A government fee belongs to the government. We pass it through at the exact amount, with the receipt in your name, with no margin buried inside. Our fee appears on a separate line. You are able to compare.
- We do not promise what we do not control. A public authority's timeline and a bank account approval are not ours to promise. We publish the official deadline and the real progress.
- We take no supplier commission. Lawyer, accountant, hotel, agency: they all invoice you directly and pay us nothing. Our remuneration comes from you.
- We say where our licence ends. We are documents clearing. Legal advice and tax representation require their own licence — and when your case needs them, we refer you and we tell you we are referring.
The corridor
Portuguese and Spanish, which almost nobody speaks here
Dubai's Chamber of Digital Economy ran seventeen international missions in 2025 — Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Portugal, Singapore, the United Kingdom, the United States, Vietnam, South Korea. Not one in Latin America.
Brazil has had a double taxation agreement with the UAE in force since 2021 and an investment facilitation agreement since 2023. The legal path exists and is open. What was missing was somebody on this side, working in the language of the person arriving.
